Flavour
Initial mouth feel is fluid and elegant, well-balanced with just a touch of bitterness and tanginess as is proper for a light fruity olive oil. As regards nose persistence, scents expand with deeper aromatic notes evoking primary aromas, enriched with characteristic hints of artichoke. Scent is typical of the Bosana Cultivar.

Matchings
Delicate and well-balanced, Aristeus matches well with a large variety of dishes: salads and vegetables, cereal, pulse or vegetable soups. It is also excellent with red meat and game, both furred and feathered.
